some mistake in your pan card you can correct it both offline and online mode…

to done in offline mode then for these you
have to visit your nearest PAN facilitation center and fill up a form. This form is called Apply
for PAN card/Change/Correction in PAN card data. After these correction will be
done in your PAN card.
